You don’t need to be super fit. You don’t need loads of equipment. You just need to show up.

Session 1:

Chair & Desk Reset:

Wednesday Lunchtime

30 minutes | All levels | No floor work

A short, guided reset designed for busy people who sit a lot.

We focus on gentle mobility, posture, breathing, and simple movement to ease stiffness in the hips, back, neck, and shoulders.

Perfect if:

You work at a desk or sit for long periods

You feel stiff, tight, or achy during the day

You want something effective but low impact

What you’ll need: A chair (and a little space)

Session 2: Wednesday Evening – Mobility & Strength Reset

Wednesday Evening 6pm UK

30–40 minutes | Home or gym | One kettlebell or dumbbell

This is your main weekly training session.

Each session starts with the full Mobility Ritual to prepare the joints and spine, then flows into simple strength and loaded movement using just one kettlebell or dumbbell.

The focus is on:

Building strength without wrecking your joints

Improving mobility you can actually use

Leaving the session feeling more capable

Perfect if:

You want to get fitter but protect your body

You’ve been active before and want to move well again

You’re tired of workouts that leave you sore for days

What you’ll need: 1 kettlebell or dumbbell (or bodyweight options)

Session 3: Monthly Mobility & Recovery Session

Monthly Mobility & Recovery Session

30 minutes | Optional equipment: foam roller, mat

A slower‑paced session focused on recovery, joint health, and restoring movement.

We use gentle mobility flows, breathing, and simple release work to help your body reset.

Ideal if:

You feel tight or run down

You train regularly and need recovery

You want to move more freely
