I have been training with Trevor for a long time. After various surgical procedures to my back, neck, shoulder, and recently an operation on my hand. I would be a walking disaster without his help. In July, my health collapsed.
I’d always been active, always training — but suddenly I was too weak, too unwell, and I honestly thought my body had given up on me.
