I never believed I would be 4st lighter able to do a squat with a kettlebell like the picture but a picture tells 1000 words. Your goals do not need to be like mine the other benefits. I have started to get back on track with my fitness due to Trevor, I needed someone motivational and who would tailor fitness to my busy family and work life. I have become more conscious of daily activity and ensuring I am moving a lot more than previously. I have incorporated exercises and stretches into my daily routine which make my day pain free. I feel positive and energised and able to do more activities whether work or pleasure.

I needed to strengthen my core as I have had a spinal fusion and I was still having problems. I also have a torn cruciate and cartilage and needed to strengthen my leg. I've been going to Trevor for around 4 months, it has been the best thing I could have done, I am now able to run and do other activities I would not have been able to with my back. Great motivator, makes the session fun, but push's you in the right direction.
