Hi, I’m Trevor Harrison-Phipps founder of THP Mobility & Fitness and creator of the Warrior Mobility System™.

I'm not flexible at all. Will this still work?

That's actually perfect. This isn't stretching - it's teaching your joints to move. Flexibility doesn't matter.

Do I need any equipment?

All you need is a chair. That's it!

I've got dodgy knees / a bad back / old injuries...

Most people feel better because of the mobility work, not in spite of it. These movements are designed to restore function, not push through pain. If something doesn't feel right, you skip it.

What if I find a movement difficult?

Contact me and I will send you alternatives to suit you, via Whatsapp or email.

What if I miss a day?

Everything stays available for 35 days. Catch up when you can. Life happens.

Is this just yoga?
