  • Kettlebell or dumbbells only (any weight you have)

  • Joint-friendly, beginner-friendly movements

  • 30/40 Minutes.

Session replays are available for a short period, then moved into the THP Fitness and Mobility Club vault.

  • Joint-friendly mobility + controlled strength

  • Options given for all levels

  • No jumping, no rushing, no ego

  • Perfect if you feel stiff, rusty, or unsure where to start again

  • We will be using light dumbbells and controlled movement.

  • Exercise mat (Chair alternatives will be given for floor work)

What You’ll Need

Lighter Weights Are Encouraged.

You’ll get far more benefit moving well with light load than forcing heavier weights.

  • A light pair of kettlebells or dumbbells (lighter than you think is perfect)

  • A small amount of floor space

  • Comfortable clothes

Options will be given throughout so you can move at your pace.

What is Loaded Movement?

Loaded movement simply means adding light resistance (in this case, dumbbells)

to improve how your body moves not to exhaust you.

The focus is on:

  • Control

  • Position

  • Quality of movement
