Hi, I’m Trevor Harrison-Phipps,
and I help men and women over 50 who want to transform their lives from aches pain, stiff joints, low body confidence and fitness levels to being energised, stronger and confident to exercise to lead active lives
My journey through my twenties, following a back injury, unveiled the sensitivity of my body. Wrestling with a bulging disc and dislocated pelvis, I constantly sought ways to alleviate muscle spasms, pain, and coped with persistent fatigue. I understand the challenges and rewards that come with regular exercise.
I reached a low point. Pushing beyond my limits took a toll, resulting in exhaustion and early signs of burnout. Determined to uncover the root cause, I embarked on a personal quest, sparking my deep interest in back health, body functionality, and the intricate connection between the mind and body.
As my back and body grew stronger and more resilient, my curiosity led me to explore further. I immersed myself in the realm of chronic pain, developing a system that not only made me fit and strong enough to become a personal trainer but also allowed me to work tirelessly with numerous clients, uncovering invaluable insights along the way.

Trevor has been great personal trainer! I have started to get back on track with my fitness due to Trevor, I needed someone motivational and who would tailor fitness to my busy family and work life. "I've been training with Trevor one to one for over a year with a break of a few months due to Covid 19 . Started of really well and was getting excellent results . "I slipped a disk about 2 years ago and 9 months ago was still in pain with reduced movement. I was very worried about a personal trainer "making it worse" but went to see Trevor for a trail 9 months ago. From the start Trevor was fantastic and the change in the time since has been huge. Trevor really knows what he is doing with injury rehab. The workouts are carefully calibrated and the exercises carefully chosen to help you progress but I have never felt I am risking making the injury worse.
