My journey into fitness was a personal one, sparked by my own back pain challenges. Having spent years looking for help from experts, I realised I needed to find the real root reason for my back troubles and from making many mistakes I designed a system that built a strong core and from there I built a healthy fit body and mind. From Personal trainers in the gym coming up to me asking what I was doing I realised I need to put my system to practice and help other people in my situation, I knew I was not alone. Then discovered the importance of movement especially including that in my fitness programs for those over 50. It's not just about exercise — it's about creating a body that can sustain the lifestyle you want to experience.
