I'm THP and I believe people deserve to be able to do what they love. I suffered a back injury in my 20’s and lost years of my life not being able to do what I wanted because I was in too much pain or was scared to try in fear of hurting my back. Now I am on a mission to help people reclaim their lives and have the confidence and fitness to take on whatever they want

I’m a personal trainer and sports conditioning coach.

I specialise in coaching high-achieving executives who grapple with time restraints, lack of fitness due to their busy schedule, chronic pain or enduring injuries, guiding them to break free from the ongoing struggle with their bodies and envision a life that transcends their pain. Boasting more than a decade of expertise, I have honed my skills in assisting individuals contending with persistent pain and the physical toll of stress on their bodies.
