What Progress Can Look Like

Movement means different things to different people. For some, it's walking with greater confidence. For others, it's getting down to the floor or simply feeling more comfortable moving.

Here are some achievements from people I've worked with through my personal coaching.

JAYNE - WALKING WITHOUT THE STICK
Following hip and knee surgery, Jayne told me she was “desperate to walk unaided.” After around two months of personalised coaching, she reported:

“I now walk without that dreaded walking stick.”

Jayne's progress came through personalised 1-1 coaching, which included movements featured in the Daily Independence Flow.

Five Movements. One Simple Starting Point.

You don't need a gym, complicated equipment or a long workout to begin moving your body.

Daily Independence Flow brings together five chair-supported movements that I use in my own coaching sessions to help people work on mobility, control and confidence in everyday movement.

Each movement has its own guided video, so you can learn the technique, practise at your own pace and revisit any exercise whenever you need to.

Together, the five videos provide 17 minutes of coaching, helping you build a simple movement routine that fits into your day.

Just you, a sturdy chair, A resistance band is optional. and a little time for yourself.

Your five movements, in a simple sequence:

1. Seated Hang & Reach

2. Seated Hip Flexor Lunge

3. Seated Knee Drops

4. Seated Clams

With or Without a Resistance Band

5. Seated Body Wave

Is Daily Independence Flow Right for You?

Perhaps you've noticed that everyday movements don't feel quite as easy as they used to.

Daily Independence Flow could be a good starting point if:

  • You often feel stiff or restricted, particularly after sitting for a while.

  • You want to improve your mobility but aren't sure where to begin.

  • You prefer gentle, guided movements rather than intense workouts.

  • You find getting down onto the floor uncomfortable or difficult.

  • You want to build a simple movement habit without committing to long exercise sessions.

  • You'd like to move with more confidence in everyday life.

You don't need to be particularly fit or flexible to get started.

Work at your own pace, within a comfortable range, and use the options I demonstrate to make each movement work for you.

Sports Conditioning

Hi, I'm Trevor Harrison-Phipps, a Personal Trainer and nd Certified Mobility Specialist, and the creator of Daily Independence Flow and the 28-Day Mobility Reset.

I've spent years helping people become stronger, move with more confidence and keep doing the things that matter to them.

But my interest in movement is personal too.

In my twenties, I suffered a serious back injury that left me dealing with pain and movement problems for years. That experience changed the direction of my life and helped me understand just how important strength, mobility and regular movement are.

Today, I work with people of different ages and abilities, from those who simply feel stiffer than they used to, to people rebuilding confidence after injury or surgery.

Daily Independence Flow brings together five movements from my coaching approach, giving you a simple place to start.

My philosophy is simple:

Meet your body where it is today. Keep moving. Build confidence. Progress from there.

Because ultimately, I want your body to help you live your life, not get in the way of it.

MOVE • RESTORE • PROGRESS

Questions?

Got Questions? I've Got Answers.

Do I need any equipment?

All you need is a sturdy chair. A resistance band is optional for Seated Clams, and I'll demonstrate the movement with and without one.

How long does Daily Independence Flow take?

You'll receive five individually guided videos totalling approximately 17 minutes. You can learn the movements at your own pace, revisit individual exercises and build them into a regular routine.

What if I'm stiff or haven't exercised for a while?

The movements are designed to be approachable, with options to adjust them to your ability. Stay within a comfortable range. If you have an injury or medical condition that could affect exercise, seek appropriate professional guidance first.

Is this the same as the 28-Day Mobility Reset?

Is this the same as the 28-Day Mobility Reset?

No. Daily Independence Flow is a collection of five guided, chair-supported movements designed to help you get started.

The 28-Day Mobility Reset is a more comprehensive four-week programme, gradually introducing mobility, strength, balance and coordination.

Daily Independence Flow is also included as a companion programme within the 28-Day Mobility Reset (£97).

Can I contact you if I have a question?

Of course! If you have a question about accessing the programme or understanding one of the movements, you're welcome to get in touch.

Daily Independence Flow is a self-guided programme, so ongoing personalised coaching isn't included.
