Why wouldn't I just go to the gym?

Gyms are great if you already know what to do and can stay consistent on your own. Most people don't struggle with access – they struggle with knowing what to do and sticking to it. THP Fitness & Mobility Club gives you a clear plan, regular coaching, and ongoing support so you don't fall off. It's designed for people who haven't succeeded with gyms in the past.

Why is it £99 a month?

Most people either pay for a gym and don't get results, or my 1-1 clients pay £60 per session for my personal training – that's £240–£600+ per month. My Club Membership sits in between, giving you structure, coaching, and accountability at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one training. It's not just workouts – it's ongoing support to help you stay consistent and see real progress.

Will I actually stick with this?

This is exactly why my club membership exists. From my experience most people don't struggle with starting – they struggle with staying consistent. With regular check-ins, a clear plan, and weekly live sessions, you're not left to figure it out on your own. The structure and support are designed to help you stay on track long-term.

I'm not very tech savvy?

Yes – everything is designed to be simple and easy to follow. You'll be guided step-by-step, by me and I will help you get setup. If you can use your phone for calls or messages, you'll be absolutely fine.

What happens when I join?

You'll start with a short call with me to understand your goals and current level. From there, you'll receive a personalised plan, access to live sessions, and ongoing support to keep you on track. Everything is designed to be simple and guided from day one.

How is this different to personal training?

THP Fitness & Mobility Club is a structured, on my years of evidence-based coaching system – not a traditional personal training methods. My coaching integrates health considerations like blood pressure, mobility and joint health, alongside lifestyle guidance and peer support within a structured community group framework. It's designed for long-term health outcomes, not short-term fitness goals – and at a fraction of the cost.

Is this suitable to me if I have a medical problem?

Yes. The Club is designed to complement your existing treatment, not replace it. My programmes are built around clinical guidelines and are suitable for those on medication. I always recommend keeping your GP informed, and my coaching framework takes your current treatment into account. I am a GP Referral Coach.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What if it's not right for me?

You're covered by my 14-day money-back guarantee. If THP Fitness & Mobility Club isn't the right fit within the first 14 days of your first paid month, just let me know and I'll refund you in full – no questions asked.
